Funding Support
The SkillsFuture Workforce Development Grant (Job Redesign+) is a government initiative by Workforce Singapore designed to support companies in transforming their workforce and redesigning jobs for higher productivity and business growth.
Under this grant, companies can receive funding support of up to 70% of project costs, capped at $150,000 per company, to implement workforce transformation initiatives.
