Project Coordinator
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly in-house meetings with production teams and site meetings with customers or consultants regarding project work-in-progress
- Administrative functions in respect of contractual and technical matters
- Monitor progress of work and write project reports in English
- Collaborate with in-house production teams and monitor their production and delivery schedules
- Ensure workplace and site safety
- Coordinating installation, testing and commissioning of lifting equipment at various stages of project
Position Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a technical cert in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Candidate with safety certifications preferred (Eg: WSH Level B, Work-At-Height course, Lifting Supervisor Safety course)
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Must possess a class 3 driving license
