Project Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly in-house meetings with production teams and site meetings with customers or consultants regarding project work-in-progress
  • Administrative functions in respect of contractual and technical matters
  • Monitor progress of work and write project reports in English
  • Collaborate with in-house production teams and monitor their production and delivery schedules
  • Ensure workplace and site safety
  • Coordinating installation, testing and commissioning of lifting equipment at various stages of project

Position Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a technical cert in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidate with safety certifications preferred (Eg: WSH Level B, Work-At-Height course, Lifting Supervisor Safety course)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Must possess a class 3 driving license
