Regional Sales Manager
Position Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Director in formulating sales strategy, sales plan and quantifying sales target in the region according to regional market development and strategic planning of the company
- Establish the whole year’s regional sales cost budget, follow up on the monthly return plan
- Design sub-regional sales plan to complete the company’s sub-regional sales tasks
- Decomposition sub-regional sales tasks indicators, develop evaluation methods
- Provide the relevant regional sales assessment methods, conduct performance appraisal
- Organize and lead the regional sales team to hit the sales target, coordinate various market issues
- Collect, analyse, summarize and inspect the assessment of sub-regional sales information
- Assist Sales Director to analyse the regional market information and process daily import and export business, ensure the orders to be confirmed, delivered and tracked
- Deal with the urgent case in the region and immediately response, feedback, communicate
- Complete other tasks arranged by supervisors
Position Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience, preferred in photovoltaics industry
- Business development experience of renewable energy projects are preferred
- Welcome who have working experience and network resources in ASEAN region
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Self-started, motivated and proactive
- Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel frequently in the region and to China
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
