Job Title

Restaurant Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manager and train service staff; maintain and improve service quality in the restaurant
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of staff of both FOH and BOH to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote sales and increase revenue for the restaurant
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and feedbacks
  • To perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by other representatives of the management

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity (Chinese restaurants)
  • Success driven, people and service oriented
  • Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • An absolute high sense of personal integrity, honesty and trust

Primary Work Location

  • Singapore Chinatown
