Job Title
Restaurant Manager
Position Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant
- Manager and train service staff; maintain and improve service quality in the restaurant
- Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of staff of both FOH and BOH to attain high standards of product quality, service as well as health and safety
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote sales and increase revenue for the restaurant
- Handle customers’ enquiries and feedbacks
- To perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by other representatives of the management
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity (Chinese restaurants)
- Success driven, people and service oriented
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- An absolute high sense of personal integrity, honesty and trust
Primary Work Location
- Singapore Chinatown
