Technical Support Manager
Position Responsibilities
- Work with local partners to understand the technical requirements of smart metering and AMI business opportunities in ASEAN
- Provide technical consultation to the R&D team during product development
- Support product type testing and certification in local regulatory bodies and utility authorities
- Provide prompt after-sales technical support to the customers in the region
Position Requirements
- At least a university degree in EE or communication domain
- 2 years of professional experience in related industry
- Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel frequently in the region and to China
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
