Technical Support Manager

Position Responsibilities

  • Work with local partners to understand the technical requirements of smart metering and AMI business opportunities in ASEAN
  • Provide technical consultation to the R&D team during product development
  • Support product type testing and certification in local regulatory bodies and utility authorities
  • Provide prompt after-sales technical support to the customers in the region

Position Requirements

  • At least a university degree in EE or communication domain
  • 2 years of professional experience in related industry
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel frequently in the region and to China
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
